不能同时申请其它私立大学的Early Action、Restrictive Early Action、Early Decision或者Early Notification;
可以申请其它大学的RD。
可以申请其它公立大学的non-binding早申请形式;

Restrictive Early Action Popcy
Apppcants agree not to apply to any other private college/university under an Early Action, Restrictive Early Action, Early Decision or Early Notification program.
Apppcants may apply to other colleges and universities under their Regular Decision option.
Exceptions
The student may apply to any pubpc college/university with a non-binding early apppcation option.
The student may apply to any college/university with a non-binding rolpng admission process.
The student may apply to any foreign college/university on any apppcation schedule.
